Guns from this period are coveted as it was regarded as the golden era of English Gunmaking, all were extremely well made; its not only the exceptionally fine engraving that was adored as it also boasts the finest handling and balance. This example is in a perfectly preserved condition with 28 barrels and a very well-figured straight hand stock. Presented in its maker’s leather case complete with accessories.
